Very good customer service, I explained to them the importance of Ensuring proper care of their gluten free French fries. She went back and spoke to the kitchen personally to make sure they understood the fries needed to be from a fresh batch and with new gloves and the 1st serving.
They had a basic understanding of gluten free and were really great about asking questions to make sure that my food specifically was safe.
Updated after an hour.....I felt mildly glutened. Moral of this story, good for gluten sensitivity not if your celiac.
My daughter has celiac disease and has eaten here several times without a problem. There are many foods she likes and they have good information on their website about gluten free options. I always ask them to change their gloves when they prepare her food.

I have had good success with their grilled chicken sandwiches and waffles fries. GF Bun come in it’s own package so is safe. Each time I have dined in and spoken with the manager. Nice to have a safe fast food option!

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of options on the menu- fries, hash browns, GF bun with grilled chicken sandwich, grilled nuggets, egg scramble and several salads.

I eat here all the time without issues. I get the fries and the market salad.

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
