Disappointing experience. I eat at many different Chick-fil-a’s in several states. This was the most frustrating experience ever. I ordered inside “to-go” for myself and husband. Got in the car and realized the sauce was not what I ordered so went back and exchanged it. Headed north on the interstate and then began eating my fries first. Then asked my husband to give me the grilled nuggets. He pulls a box out of the bag—I knew the grilled nuggets come in a round container. I was given crispy gluten-loaded nuggets. I was stuck in the car for 8 hours and that was my supper. It’s a good reminder to alway check and see if you get what you ordered because when you’re 15 miles up the road, you don’t want to turn around.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Yes
It’s fast food....so what can I say? It’s predictable and quick! (And super service!)
The pain in my stomach after eating says it is definitely not gluten free. Bad food and bad company overall.
I had a bad reaction twice going here.
No
good gluten free chicken
Yes
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
