I'm actually very saddened to leave this review, as I love Chic Fila's food and it's been one of my favorite places to go for a long time. I've eaten grilled chicken, grilled chicken nuggets, and their waffle fries there for years, but the last two different establishments I've been to, I've gotten sick from it hours later. After not eating gluten for so long, my body is just not having it, so there is either some form of cross-contamination that has not been apparent this whole time, changed procedures, or they've stopped ensuring that the grease for the fries (Per their website) is used solely for that.

Staff knowledgeable. Gf items are available. Have eaten there 3 times and found the chicken serving to be very small and the fries are always soggy. Not impressed.
I’m celiac and I got along fine. Staff was helpful.
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Separate fryer - nice to be able to eat fries!

Dedicated fryer so the fries are safe! I always get the grilled nuggets. I've never gotten sick!

Chick-fil-A is adding a gluten free bun to their menu in the summer! They also have salads that are gluten free and you can ask for a grilled sandwich without the bun too. They can also make a special note on your order saying "gluten free" so the kitchen knows while preparing your food.
Yes
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! š¤·š¼ā
