I eat here once a week. GF bun for the grilled club sandwich is my go to.

After a third attempt since Covid-19 to try to let them get it right at this location, I give up. I have celiac disease and am sure to communicate my situation very clearly and order as simply as possible. All 3 were drive through experiences: 1st time received my grilled chicken on a regular bun; next time they forgot to put my sandwich in the bag but told me it was in the separate bag with my fries to avoid cross contamination when handing 2 bags to me, 2 days ago I tried again although 3 people confirmed the gluten free with glove change order through the drive through area. One even asked why a glove change was needed and we explained it was a gluten allergy. Checking the bag in the dark I saw it was bag separately with separate gluten free bun on top of the chicken & fixings container - when we got home the chicken was breaded! First two times we drove back and went back through the very long drive through to get it corrected. First visit I was definitely exposed to gluten, second visit they gave me the sandwich which they forgot and left under a heat lamp with hot lettuce and tomato. But tried to give me a regular bun which I had to explain to the worker the GF buns are bagged not loose. After my recent visit, I just gave the sandwich to my husband as I wasn’t about to go back. Very disappointed- I have ordered drive through at other locations with well trained-staff and good experiences. This location is close to me but not worth the frustration, time and eventually causing everyone else in my family to have cold food while they trying to get my correct order. I’m also worried about the lack training and being cross contaminated.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I LOVE CHICK FIL A. I have celiacs and am super sensitive to cross contamination, but ive never gotten sick from chick fil a. I literally come here once a week. Get the gluten free bun, grilled sandwich, and tell them to change their gloves. Their great with allergies.

The food honestly isn’t my favorite, but they’re very good about keeping the gluten free food safe, have a separate fryer, and have a gluten free menu.

I was so happy to find it! It was hiding. I had already checked menus at all the restaurants. Very pleased to get a grilled chicken. Their buns are great!

I’ve actually never had a reaction at this location and this is usually the location we go to when order through mobile order from Chick-Fil-A. I know in the past you were able to put a comment on mobile orders and I usually added gluten allergy, so you may have to go through the regular drive thru to let them know you have an allergy. However, I have not personally had any issues. Their fries and hash-browns are good too. 🥰

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.
