i genuinely do not understand why Chick Fil A is so popular. i had the grilled chicken sandwich and strawberry shake. while it wasn't disgusting or anything, i wasn't impressed and my sister wasn't impressed. the honey mustard was very vinegary to her and her sandwich was greasy. my bun was a bit dry and chicken had an odd texture to it. I'm not sure why, since it was just a piece of chicken.

in terms of contamination... do not eat here unless you're willing to be exposed. they have no protocols whatsoever. they don't even change their gloves. when asked about GF foods, they asked just about everyone in the kitchen and said they didn't have a dedicated GF menu, just order from the grilled section. the fries are made in their own fryer, but they don't change their gloves, so they're still cross contaminated. my food was made in the same space as everything else and not cleaned, as far as i know. i was exposed and don't think it was even worth it. i will not be coming back.

side note about other allergies: my sister has a strawberry allergy and they were incapable of accommodating for that. they claimed "splatter" contamination when she asked and told her to just not order anything made in that area. they're not accommodating to other allergies, even something as basic as cleaning the space.
