Definitely tell the cashier first. I only said “no pita” and caught them putting a pita on top of my food, then checking and taking it off. I let them know that this wouldn’t work for me, and they made my order again. My fault for not telling them it was an allergy, but I definitely won’t make that mistake again. The food is delicious, though!
