Chips are NOT celiac safe. They do not have a separate fryer so there is a risk of cross contamination.

Menu was clearly marked with what was gluten free and what could be made gluten free. They have a separate allergy prep space. Owner came over to talk through my order with me.

The staff understands Celiac and gluten free needs. The food is delicious and I have never gotten sick from cross contamination. Great choice for gluten free dining!

Great food and attentive staff. Had chips, salsa, fajitas with shrimp, steak, chicken without an issue. Menu is marked. Waiter knew all about celiac. No dedicated cook space but all went well. Menu GF items marked. Offered without asking to clean cooking tools etc Great taste.
