The staff, especially Steve are very knowledgeable about gluten free options. Almost everything can be made gluten free and they have a dedicated GF fryer. They have also made the switch to only GF soy sauce which is great. Steve hand makes all GF sauces. The fried calamari is the best I’ve ever had. All of the rolls and sushi are fantastic. Highly recommend whether you have a Gluten allergy or not.
