Vast majority of the menu is gluten free, and they even have gluten free tempura. The food was absolutely delicious! One of my new favorite places.

At least 90% of the menu here is gluten free.

I love this place so much. It’s my favorite resturant in Vegas. The food is amazing and I feel very safe. They have gluten free ramen, tempura, sushi, and a huge selection of dishes. Only 3 or 4 menu items contain gluten. They also have special non alcoholic drinks called euphorics.

Everyone should give this place a try, even if you aren’t vegan, because it’s really delicious. I cannot recommend it enough!

This was some of the best food we've ever eaten! There are only 3 gluten containing dishes on the menu, so there's alot to choose from. The soy sauce that's poured once you're seated is always gluten free, and the service was very good. We can't wait to go back!

Most incredible Japanese food ever. Mostly all gluten free except for 2 or so items. Incredible vegan food with crazy flavors!!

Chikyu Vegan Sushi is definitely one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. I feel so lucky that it caters to the gluten free crowd. I have celiac disease and am extremely sensitive to any gluten. I have never had any problems with this restaurant and I’ve been 3 times already. Nearly all of their menu is gluten free and they ensure everyone is catered to. I definitely suggest trying this place. You won’t regret it!

The food is great, they told us the menu is 98% gluten free. My daughter always wanted to try sushi, but has a severe shellfish allergy. She was excited to try vegan sushi and on the plus side it’s gluten free! We are very happy we can find places that would accommodate to people with dietary issues.

There is no cross-contamination and the service was excellent. Mask must be worn and a temperature check before you are seated.
