The tortillas, even the corn ones and the chips, definitely seem to have gluten. Most reviews are correct in that the wait staff is unfamiliar with gluten allergies - cross contamination with all the grains is very likely. That said, I did have the carne asada fajita plate with rice and beans and felt completely fine after. I stayed away from all the chips, appetizers, and tortillas and was able to manage. Wouldn’t recommend for celiac, but manageable for gluten intolerants.

They’ll tell you it’s gluten free but there was absolutely some cross contamination at a minimum. If you’re Celiac definitely avoid this one.

Went here on a busy Friday night. Usually I feel pretty safe eating Mexican food because it’s easy to make gluten free, but our waiter knew nothing about what items contained gluten besides saying “the ones made with corn tortillas should be okay I think”. The menu is not labeled with what items are gluten free. I thought the safest item on the menu would be a taco salad in a bowl (instead of the fried tortilla) and a side of beans. The food was delicious, but by the time we left the restaurant, I knew I had been glutened. Not celiac friendly.

No dedicated fryer, so no chips and salsa. When I asked about GF, the server was polite but had no clue. She said the green enchilada sauce was GF, but didn’t offer to find out about the red. They fry the corn Tortillas for tacos, so that’s most likely CC. I’m not very sensitive, my symptoms are subtle. But I’d never dare bring my daughter here, which means I’ll never go back myself.

Super good food! I'm not sure how safely prepared the food is because the staff didn't know a lot about gluten allergies but I have celiac and didn't get sick. I would highly recommend it!!

The majority of the menu is gluten free and everything we've had is delicious. It's become one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in SLC.
