They have continuously screwed up my requests to not have any added spices or bread on my plate. Every time no one comes out to apologize except for the last time.
Ordered baked potato soup off the gf menu and they were busy and apparently the soup got cold while waiting for the rest of my table's dishes to be ready so they put flour in it to thicken it. I wondered why it was already mixed up as opposed to the normal garnish on top but didn't think anything of it til I was sick. This location is nasty anyway... every time I've been here there has been food on my silverware still which is not only gross but also dangerous for celiacs.
We stopped here for a quick lunch on a road trip, and we were very pleasantly surprised. They have a largish gf menu on the electronic kiosk at the table (the kiosk also had sections for several other allergens - soy, shellfish, etc). Lots of options. Food came out fast, was fresh, tasted good. The server was great, understood our needs, and got our order perfect. We would definitely stop here again, especially since there are so few options in town.
So-called GF wings came out breaded. Server had no clue. Asked kitchen but then brought things that clearly were not GF.
Not my favorite place! They TRY really hard but I get sick every time I go there........ So o don't attempt to eat there any more.
Server was nice, she didnt have a good understanding of gluten, but she wrote everything down and said she'd make sure it was right in the system. The place was dirty, service was slow and the food was not worth the money paid. Got the chicken fajitas, chicken was cold and corn tortillas were so tough I could barely pull apart to eat them. Reminded us of why we dont eat here.
Told the waitress I have celiac. She went over the menu with me. Even as the food was brought to the table she reassured me it was all gluten free. After a few bites I realized my tortilla was a flour tortilla. I was sick for days. They may have a gluten free menu but the staff isn't educated. I will never go there again...
@DFW airport near Gate 17Twice I have grabbed a lunch to go as I fly through and they have been both very helpful & careful with my meal. The managers come over and double check what I can order and ensure that my order is processed correctly. Both times I have gotten a Tex Mex chicken bowl without tortilla chips = gluten & dairy free.Much appreciated!
They have an allergy menu but the choices are limited especially if you have multiple allergies like me which requires you look back and forth between multiple allergy menus.
They were very eager to show me their "gluten free menu". They handed me a tablet with a menu that had a giant disclaimer at the bottom that states everything is cooked on the same grill and prepared in the same place. Nothing can be made without cross contamination. They don't even have gf corn chips. I got a carribean salad without meat croutons or cheese and no reaction... But it's not safe for celiac diners. We will not be back until they modify their food prep policy.
They have their gluten free menu programmed on the device on the table. My waitress was very knowledgable and helpful. I got chicken tacos with corn tortillas and I did not have a reaction. I am very sensitive to gluten so I feel safe to return there in the future!
I used the GF menu to order and asked staff if there was any grains in my dish that I would need to substitute since I was GF and there was a note about substituting quinoa for wheatberry rice. The staff assured me there was no gluten since it was on the GF menu. The food was delicious, but it had some kind of rice. I had an awful reaction. I'd go back but I'd be more specific and explicitly order quinoa
In Spring of 2015 I met a friend there for dinner. After I told them I have celiac disease and need to be gluten free....the look on their faces was total confusion. We ended up leaving and going to Red Robin where they were happy to accommodate me.
I asked for a gluten free menu and was handed a lunch/dinner menu. They were only serving breakfast and the waiter specifically stated there would be cross contamination .I could have eggs, bacon and fruit.
The Chilis at Love Field was very accomodating. Being GF and traveling is challenging. I appreciate their help and service.
This is for the Chili's on Airside C. The server offered me a gluten free menu that was from 2014, so not fully updated with their menu items. However, I had no problem ordering something and the waitress was very helpful.
Server talked me through the menu. Chicken was a little dry but the bowl was yummy.
The gf menu is very limited, and I could only eat one appetizer on their menu. (which was something I did not like) It is nice that they are knowledgeable and have a gf menu, but we will not return due to how limiting it was. I could not even have chips and salsa!
