Great service! Had an excellent gluten free menu with tons to choose from! Ranged from chicken to stake to even salad dressings! Also had a lactose free menu!
They have an allergy menu but the choices are limited especially if you have multiple allergies like me which requires you look back and forth between multiple allergy menus.
They were very eager to show me their "gluten free menu". They handed me a tablet with a menu that had a giant disclaimer at the bottom that states everything is cooked on the same grill and prepared in the same place. Nothing can be made without cross contamination. They don't even have gf corn chips. I got a carribean salad without meat croutons or cheese and no reaction... But it's not safe for celiac diners. We will not be back until they modify their food prep policy.
They have their gluten free menu programmed on the device on the table. My waitress was very knowledgable and helpful. I got chicken tacos with corn tortillas and I did not have a reaction. I am very sensitive to gluten so I feel safe to return there in the future!
I used the GF menu to order and asked staff if there was any grains in my dish that I would need to substitute since I was GF and there was a note about substituting quinoa for wheatberry rice. The staff assured me there was no gluten since it was on the GF menu. The food was delicious, but it had some kind of rice. I had an awful reaction. I'd go back but I'd be more specific and explicitly order quinoa
I asked for a gluten free menu and was quickly provided with and guided through an app at my table's Ziosk that outlined an allergen menu. This app featured an extensive gluten free/wheat free menu with tons of delicious options! Food was great, service was satisfactory; I will certainly keep this location in mind for a decent and safe gluten free dining experience.
In Spring of 2015 I met a friend there for dinner. After I told them I have celiac disease and need to be gluten free....the look on their faces was total confusion. We ended up leaving and going to Red Robin where they were happy to accommodate me.
I asked for a gluten free menu and was handed a lunch/dinner menu. They were only serving breakfast and the waiter specifically stated there would be cross contamination .I could have eggs, bacon and fruit.
The Chilis at Love Field was very accomodating. Being GF and traveling is challenging. I appreciate their help and service.
This is for the Chili's on Airside C. The server offered me a gluten free menu that was from 2014, so not fully updated with their menu items. However, I had no problem ordering something and the waitress was very helpful.
Server talked me through the menu. Chicken was a little dry but the bowl was yummy.
The gf menu is very limited, and I could only eat one appetizer on their menu. (which was something I did not like) It is nice that they are knowledgeable and have a gf menu, but we will not return due to how limiting it was. I could not even have chips and salsa!
This restaurant did really well! I was so happy! We had a party of ten and the waiter was prompt and super helpful! I had chips and guacamole for appetizer and grilled chicken bowl. I asked the waiter to take off the tortilla strips and add chili-citrus rice. Then I had him change the salad dressing also. All ten of our orders came out perfect - even my needy order!! :-) The waiter even came up later to make sure that my order was good.
while I've had better service/care when they've realized I'm a celiac. I had no issues when I ate here several months back. They have several gf options to choose from and it's just has good as the regular menu. Just wish there were more appetizer options.
ordered the queso Blanco spinach dip. My chips are stale, the dip cold. I had to microwave it myself so I could mix it up. Otherwise, it would just be a scoop of guac, a scoop of tomatoes a scoop of shredded cheese, and a sprinkling of... feta (?). I do not recommend ordering this
Chili's can be really hit or miss depending on the day, so I find it hard to really give a rating that isn't in the middle. I've been several times, and the service of the actual staff there has either been "1 star" or "5 star" depending on the day. If you don't mind inconsistent wait staff service, and are just concerned about the food, give them a try. They have a wonderful gluten free menu, and the food itself is very good! I love that restaurants like Chili's and Olive Garden have the automatic menus on the tables because you can just look under "apps" and pull up the wheat sensitive/gluten free menu without needing to ask for a special menu. I love their Fresh Mex Bowls, soups, their salads, and their gluten free wings. All of them are great! When I first tried their gluten free menu in 2013, their service was awful and I wasn't impressed. I've been a back several times recently though, so it's changed my opinion for the better because their food has improved.
I hadn't been to Chili's in ages. I was very surprised with the healthy options and gluten free choices. The bartender who served us was very friendly and helpful. The manager even personally delivered my food and came back to check that everything was ok. I look forward to going back soon.
