Margarita chicken was excellent
Let’s be real. The options are limited but they are incredibly thorough in their display. You can either look up their allergen listings online or pull it up on the tablet on the table. It details allergen contents down to cross contamination and clearly states that the fryer is shared with gluten instead of trying to sidestep that detail.
I haven't decided how I feel about the actual safety of the food though because of the mystery sauce that comes with the smoked wings and some unpleasant feelings from the chicken and shrimp in the fajitas.
I'll keep trying because it's the only place my team wants to eat that has options. I'll update this accordingly.
Decent option
So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻

The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.
