Had a great server who didn’t mind being bombarded with questions. She went and made sure they would change their gloves in the back and that my food wouldn’t be cooked on the same surface as gluten. The steak and loaded mashed potatoes were so good!! My brother and I both have celiac and I didn’t get sick, but he had minor symptoms (his may not be related because we were also somewhere else this evening). Great experience.

My wife ordered some chicken nachos from the appetizer menu with only chicken and chips, because she has so many allergies that she can only eat those plus one other thing. They only charged us about 6 dollars last time, because she could only have the chicken and chips. The training manager was our server. She was unattentive, and she was rude about their new policy that was never made known to us. They charged us the full $12.00 for the chicken and chips because of this policy change. The food is great, but you will not be accommodated for your allergies in price. Other places with similar food would accommodate, but Chili's will not. Do yourself,, and you allergies a favor and go somewhere else.

They do have a gluten free menu however it is limited. They only have 1 choice for appetizer and 1 choice for dessert. They need to expand the selection.

They have a dedicated menu for gluten free that you can view on the computer at the table. The staff is all new but the options are pretty tasty and plentiful, especially for a regular chain restaurant.

So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻

The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.
