Talked to waiter before ordering, he assured me precautions will be taken. Spoke to him again after I ordered and he assured me the food would be safe. We waited over 30 minutes while people who came in after us got their food quickly. Brisket plate came out with bread under the brisket. Bunless bacon burger came out with no bacon. We sent the brisket back after 5 minutes of waiting for the server to come check on us. He didn’t apologize and asked if I wanted it remade. I told him I had to have it remade and apologized. He took it back and came back in less than 5 minutes. It was clearly the same food with the bun just removed from the plate and the crumbs scraped off. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your time or money.

Our service was great, only complaint I have is I had a 9 year old child that has celiac disease and there was absolutely no gluten free desserts. My granddaughter was sad, and watched her my 12 year old granddaughter eat a dessert.
They have an entire gluten free menu online so I could check it all out as we drive there. They have all items that are gluten free listed and then items that are naturally gluten free but may have cross contamination marked with an asterisk. Our waitress was very helpful and made sure to let the cooks know. We had no problems. Great experience for a first time eating out since being diagnosed.

I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻

The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.
