I looked online before we attempted to eat here and had pretty much figured out what I’d order. I did what I always do, inform the wait staff and ask them to change gloves. The waitress basically panicked and ran for the manager who told me the only gluten free option was the plain salmon and steamed broccoli. Completely not what the menu offered and they seemed clueless that there Even was a gluten free menu. She even said so you’re leaving now right? I chose to order from the GF menu and just asked her to ask staff to change gloves and utensils…… praying I haven’t made a huge mistake! I wouldn’t recommend this location for celiacs no matter how this ends up because they REALLY DONT SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE

So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻

The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.
