They are very nice and the Manager, Jonathan goes out of his way. I normally get a chicken salad. I’ve eaten here a few times and haven’t gotten sick. However, please note they did send my salad out one time with croutons on it. So, although I always speak to the manager before and I never try to go during peak hours, you need to always check your stuff. When I told them they were Mortified and very apologetic. I am more than happy to remake my salad. Just be mindful this is not a dedicated celiac facility

Had the chill fire chicken w/ potato hash. Best GF meal I’ve had in a long time.

I let the waitress know I was GF. 5 minutes later the manager comes out and lets me know he has already informed them I was GF! Nice touch!

We went during Restaurant Week and even though they normally don't allow substitutions on the Queen's Feast menu they did allow me to do so because it was for health reasons. This accommodation was much appreciated. I had the spinach salad, the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, and the creek brûlée. It was all delicious and did not make me sick. Our server, Luke, was very helpful and even went to check with the kitchen staff about the gluten content of some items. Their menu does have the gluten free items marked though I found the disclaimer on it odd. It says the items could contain "natural glutens" but they don't "add glutenous ingredients"? Don't know what that is supposed to mean. Overall I would recommend Chillfire and I plan to return.

This restaurant was one of my favorites prior to my diagnosis of Celiac. I was so excited to learn they had a dedicated space. They really take care of me here and make me feel safe. I highly recommend Chillfire! One of the managers has even started looking up items I could drink to give me options. Let them know you have celiac and they will take care of you.

very concerned with allergies "the manager tells us to treat food allergies like a bomb threat"... which sounds scary, but they are super nice and considerate. GF items are listed on the menu. We stayed away from fried items even though the waitress talked about dedicated friers. Amazing meal, high end menu and it's worth every penny!!

They have several options on their menu that indicate GF and the server told me they prepare them at a different location in the kitchen.
