Food has always been good over the years. However, this is the first time being back since diag of celiac. Called restaurant ahead and they offered and sent me a list of GF items by email. Hosts, server, and “chefs” were very aware of cross contamination. Server (Fabio) walked me around salad bar and highlighted gluten items. He knew the main courses and deserts, too. I have had no negative impacts from the dinner. We will return. ππ»
