Not gluten free or Celiac. Tons of cross contamination and staff did not understand me when I said I needed fresh ingredients that were not cross contaminated on the line. Menu says “celiac / gluten free” but do not listen. Avoid this chain

I ordered grilled mahi mahi tacos. I read really great reviews about how they changed gloves, cleaned surfaces, etc., so I thought for sure I’d be safe eating here.The man behind the counter was rude and short with me. I should have left then knowing he had no bandwidth to care about my needs. I told him I had celiac and asked him to change his gloves etc. I ordered based on their gf menu (which was a helpful tool) I still got very sick, unfortunately.

The grilled Cajun tacos where delicious and the staff was very knowledgeable about celiacs and gluten free. They all changed gloves and told me what toppings were GF.

I got grilled fish tacos and they were delicious. The guys saw me reading the GF menu and asked me if I was GF. They all changed gloves to make my food. I like this a whole lot more than Chipotle or Qdoba.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They change gloves and wash hands when preparing GF meals. The set-ip is similar to Chipolte/Qdoba so if you very sensitive this could be an issue. It is possible that the spatula could have touched a flour tortilla.

Food is delicious

These guys are well versed in cross contamination, it's nice to see in a chain.

I ordered the shrimp tacos gluten free and the server and asked flour or corn tortillas. I said corn but then asked him to change gloves after he just grabbed a flour tortilla and he looked at me like I was crazy. Then there was cross contamination on the grill so I cancelled my order. The cashier said he would remake or do anything I needed but I just didn't feel they could do it.

Staff asked if I had an allergy, warned me off anything fried when I said yes, were very helpful about it, said they need to update their posted gf menu based on feedback. Food was excellent, their hot salsa plus fresh jalapeños made it perfect.

Fry chips and fries in same oil as everything else. Menu is misleading. Staff was rude saying "most people that say they are GF are just on a diet". For people that can have gluten the food is awesome.
