Been a few times, tacos are pretty good. I haven’t gotten sick yet, but it’s hit or miss if the person taking your order knows what GF means.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I went to Chimera today for lunch since they have gluten free options. I let the person taking our order know that I have celiac and asked if the gluten free food can be made in a way that avoids cross contact with gluten containing items. They said no, everything is made on the same surfaces and there is no way to avoid cross contact and they don’t want me to get sick. I let them know I appreciated the honesty because I’d much rather them let me know if they can’t accommodate so that I don’t get sick. This was my first time there since being diagnosed so I’m unsure of others experiences, but this was my experience today. If you’re not celiac and cross contact isn’t an issue then it might be ok, but I wanted to share.

Always great! Staff is friendly, coffee is tasty, breakfast tacos and sandwiches can be gluten free or vegan…with a little tweaking. It is one of my absolute favorites in Tulsa! :) Thank you for being honest, kind and double checking things for us!!! The waitress (dark shorter hair, wish I’d gotten her name cause she was just great) came out and asked me if I needed my veggies grilled separately from other foods and I said yes please and she was very kind about it. Hate to be a pain but she didn’t make us feel that way at all. We’ll be back!

Great menu for anyone that needs to be GF. All of the tacos are legit, and the yogurt/fruit parfait is incredibly good. Can’t want to go back the next time we are in Tulsa.

I had the " Back to Primitive " tacos and they were wonderful. My wife had the "Made in the USA" plate and loved it. My very picky teenager had "Strawberry Fields Fovere" (not gluten free) and devoured it. I would definitely recommend it.

IMPRESSIVE is the word of the day for Chimera. We were going through town early a.m. and my normal gluten free hangouts weren’t open yet. I’m so glad I had to try something new! I called to ask about GF and the person who answered the phone asked the people cooking all of the GF questions for me. How awesome is that?! Their tacos are naturally GF and not only that, they are scrumdillyicious. So pleased to have another safe and tasty choice. WAY TO GO Chimera! (P.S. - No reaction, woop woop!)

I had the breakfast tacos and they were delicious! The staff was great. I will definitely go back!
