Wow!! This place is amazing!! They can make almost everything gluten free and it tastes authentic! Totally felt safe eating here, knowledgeable staff and they get lots of gf clients so they know what they’re doing! This is some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever eaten!! Five star review and high recommendations! Plus the food is very fresh and doesn’t give you that overly full Chinese food feeling.

I have celiac and know the owners of this place really well. They are very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Wendy, one of the owners, she told me a few days ago all their stir fries can be made gf as well as the fried rice dishes. They cannot make the appetizers gf because they are not made to order. I will definitely be going back for some delicious gf Chinese food!

Went there last weekend with a little hesitation. They were very knowledgable and told me what to avoid. No problems at all.

I have celiac and they were knowledgeable about cross contamination and used separate oil. The food is amazing! There is not a separate menu but they can make almost anything gluten free.

Wendy is very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. I had a chicken wing appetizer and the tempura vegetables and they were both terrific and authentic in taste. They also made special gf sauces to make sure there was no cross-contamination. I felt totally safe eating there!

This place was absolutely amazing! I didn't believe there was a family run Chinese restaurant that did gluten free, but they understand it 100%. The chef/owner makes a special batter for anything fried and separately makes everything gluten free. I highly recommend this place.

Once you let them know, they will prepare your favorite dishes gluten free. The tempura vegetables are a must have! They understand cross contamination. It's a really great find and worth the trip to Twain Harte on your way to Dodge Ridge or Pinecrest!
