I once boldly brought in a bottle of GF soy sauce and spoke with the owner and asked if they could use my bottle of GF soy sauce instead of their regular soy sauce. She happily agreed after I explained my gluten intolerance. We spoke for some time about GF diets and it’s effects. Afterwards, I asked her if I could leave the bottle there for next time. The great thing is, the next time, she had already bought a bulk bottle of GF soy sauce and now can make most dishes GF when requested!!! I absolutely LOVE the effort that was made to accommodate all of us with gluten intolerances and above all, their food is some of THE BEST CHINESE FOOD my family has ever had...and we’re Chinese! The flavor is so spot on, that my overly critical parents and grandparents gave it glowing reviews. That says everything.

Our party was a mix of gf and gluten eaters. Delicious chow fun and fried rice for gf eaters!
