Chinook's at Salmon Bay

Located in Seattle's Fisherman's terminal, chinook's offers a unique location to enjoy fresh seafood while watching the boats dock. gluten-free menu options include Dungeness crab cocktails, fresh wild salmon and oysters on the half shell, plus fresh chopped salads and gluten-free desserts!

GF menu is small. The staff has no knowledge of what can be substitute. I ordered a Mahi mahi burger. Was told they could substitute the bread with GF bread. 15 minutes later the waitress came back and told me they could not do that. And gave an option of tuna or burger with no bun on top of lettuce. Nothing else, waste of money.

Amazing dedication to gluten free detail and delicious food. Top notch staff. There are a lot more gf items available not listed on the gf menu (like the Caesar salad, red clam chowder, etc.) so ask your server. My fave gf place to eat in Seattle!
