The burrito bowl can be made safely. When you say “gluten allergy,” staff washes their hands, changes their gloves, places fresh utensils in all the items you require, and pulls condiments from separate containers. The service is very good and more or less what you’d hope for from a fast-casual restaurant regularly serving glutinous food. Never experienced celiac symptoms there. The beef can be gristly, however, and the burritos are totally off-limits.
