Review of Chipotle

I've never had a problem eating at chipotle before, but I went to this one and they didn't seem to know about their gluten-free procedure at all. Even the manager was called over and didn't seem to know what to do besides change gloves. They wouldn't pull out the spoons for me and I had to stand there and wait for them to figure out what I was talking about while they moved people through the line over me. It was an awkward and disappointing experience when I've usually had a lot of success with Chipotle.
