Review of Chipotle

When I told them that I couldn't have gluten, I was asked if it was an allergy and I said yes. The worker then announced to all the workers "gluten allergy!" He took off his gloves, washed his hands, cleaned the counter top, and a manager came over and removed spoons from the foods I wanted to eat (rice, beans, carne, fajitas, corn) and replaced them with clean spoons, and brought out a separate guac. They were careful and clean. I got a burrito bowl (no tortillas) with brown rice, black beans, carne asada, fajitas, corn salsa, and guac. I had no stomach pain and no bloating - I usually react to gluten within a few minutes. I was very impressed with their caution and procedures. They were very polite and didn't make the extra work seem like a hassle!
