I am so appreciative and grateful for this location. They were busy and still took every precaution. I noted a gluten allergy and the girl doing my order immediately washed her hands and changed her gloves. She grabbed me a new bowl and lid from a new package in the back and used a new spoon for every ingredient in my bowl. She also went to the back and opened a new sour cream for me. She carried my bowl the whole time and never let it touch the other surfaces or other employees. Will 100% be back.

The staff were very helpful. When I informed the preparer that I have celiac, she washed her hands thoroughly, sanitized them, and put on new gloves. She also covered my food dish even though we were eating at the restaurant to prevent anything from accidentally getting into my dish. The same staff member prepared all of my food (they typically pass it off to someone else for toppings).
For GF items, I did check beforehand on the Chipotle website to see what I could and couldn’t eat.

I love getting the burrito bowl, or the tacos in corn tortilla shells .
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
This location is good. The staff alway friendly and willing to change gloves. I usually get the corn tacos with the barbacoa and the ingredients are always fresh. It's a neat setup and always a great stop for a quick bite.
The management and staff are the best trained of any Chipotle I have been at in changing gloves and avoiding cross contamination. When it is busy it can get tough but most employees will accommodate with no issues.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
