Their chip are NOT GF. Not sure why Chipotle as a company does not inform their patrons of that. The flour tortillas & chips are not gluten free.

My son has celiacs disease and got extremely sick eating here due to their lack of care when dealing with people who have food allergies! Not only that but multiple times they’ve had E Coli contaminated food and have got hundreds of people sick! Their chicken always has a lot of fat in it, and often the work station is filthy! I would not recommend anyone eat here, let alone someone with a food allergy like celiacs disease. 100% not safe and has made my son lose a lot of weight due to cross contaminating him! Very unfortunate!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
safest place for me to eat. everything except flour tortillas it's gluten free. New they are non gmo and deliver
I had a good experience. Staff was accomodating. when I asked if the seasonings in the meat was GF the manager had all workers change into clean gloves. the corn tortilla shells were prepared in separate area. I was given food from fresh containers. the was no cross contamination. I did not get sick at all.
I love Chipotle is an awesome restaurant with great GF options
Never had an issue with contamination. They do take extra precautions, which is reassuring.
The staff was great. They changed their gloves and utensils of all the condiments I chose and got a fresh batch of cheese. Loved the hard corn taco shells.
Excellent precautions with gluten. No cross contamination. Really cared about my food.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
