Our family of 7 enjoyed a meal here, including 3 of us with celiac. We looked at the menu online ahead of time and wrote down everyone’s choices. We saved the celiacs’ meals for the end of the order. When I asked the staff to take precautions they replaced all of the serving utensils and changed gloves. We appreciated their efforts and the food was delicious, albeit very spicy.

I told them I've got gluten intolerance, & the dude said "Got it" & swung right into a routine of replacing all the scoops & tongs with clean ones, washing his hands/arms, & putting on fresh gloves (Not as fool-proof as changing out the tubs, but I know that's not always an option). He even removed the top container that his old glove had previously touched, to give me one further down. He said that one of his relatives has celiac disease, so that's why he was so mindful. :)
I'm doing fine (high-severity intolerance), though I also took a gluten-digestive pill to be on the safe side. I ordered crunchy barbacoa tacos with rice, beans, & cheese (I let him know that he didn't have to change the scoops that I wouldn't be using.) I did have to ask for a little more cheese on one, but otherwise the portions were fine without prompting (many Chipotle locations might skimp & need a little ask for a tad more without ordering "extra"). It was yummy, though a little spicier than most others. I appreciate that he took the time to drain the beans so my taco shells wouldn't get mushy. :)
The rest of my family got salads & bowls, & they all enjoyed their meals too. The queso was also a little spicier than usual, but still delicious.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
