Staff didn’t know what to do . Needed to be asked to put in clean gloves and reminded to use clean utensils. The last time I went to this location I thought they were knowledgeable and did a nice job. Today’s crew had not been trained properly. Also their COVID-19 precautions were very lax. Masks worn improperly or around their necks. Probably won’t be back.

Very friendly staff, my daughter has never had an issue with them, she is celiac. Go there so much they start washing their hands as soon as they see me!

This location is very good for my Celiac daughter. They change gloves, wash hands, and get fresh lettuce and cheese to avoid cross contamination.

Chipotle is always a go to when out for me. I either get the burrito bowl or corn tortilla tacos. This location is very accommodating. I always ask for them to change their gloves and to warm my tortillas between foil. I also ask if they can use fresh ingredients too. They always are friendly about my requests.

Great service and well trained staff. Even when they are busy they take the time and effort to ensure my son's meal is safe for him to eat. He usually orders chicken tacos and they wash their hands, change their gloves and warm the tortillas between two pieces of foil. The same person handles his food all the way down the assembly line. LOVE Chipotle!

Chipotle is or go-to for our wheat allergic son. We can count on a burrito bowl being a filling meal with very little risk of cross-contamination. Especially handy when we travel since they're everywhere by now.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!
