Based on earlier reviews, they seem to be more allergy conscious now. I asked the first employee to change gloves, which she had the other employees on the line do as well. They also now pull cheese/lettuce out of dedicated containers. The only critique I have is that the employees seem a bit annoyed to go through the process...but they might just not have great customer service in general.
Yes
Literally the worst for people with gluten allergies/celilacs. I asked for the corn tortillas (since everything else is gluten free, except the flour ones) and they refused constantly to use them, change gloves, or even attempt to make an allergy free environment. Ended up just getting a bowl of rice and beans as I was tired of debating them.

Offers gluten free options, however, the customer service at this location is horrendous. Staff is uneducated about both the menu and allergies. Asking the employee to please change gloves due to an allergy seemed insulting to her. Totally refused to open a fresh package of cheese to avoid using the contaminated cheese at the prep station. I would not suggest this location to anyone even if they do not have allergies, which is a shame because I have had exceptional experiences at other Chipotle locations.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Absolutely the worst experience at this chipotle. After them contaminating 2 bowls and speaking to a manager I walked out without lunch.

Great. Never had issues at any Chipotle. The soft shells must stay together well enough that they don't contaminate the burrito bowls. Everything but the soft shells are gluten free. Even the chips are cooked in a dedicated fryer.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
