The young man here was so incredibly knowledgeable. Made all employees scrub and change gloves. Switched out the toppings from the back. And told an employee that walked up to work on line to step back there is an allergy. High five for this location!

They’re great about food allergies here! Sometimes I need to remind them about changing out spoons, but it’s super rare. They do an excellent job and I’ve never gotten sick here.
Went to this location a couple weeks ago. The guy making my bowl washed his hands, changed his gloves, and had another employee switch out the serving spoons with different ones. Food was good, didn't get sick.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Ate here several times while my twins were in the NICU ate St. Joes. Didn’t get sick and Chipotle is always delicious.

This location is the most accommodating in A2. They was hands and change gloves. They use new utensils and pull from backup containers that haven't been used yet. One employee has relations with bad allergies to nuts, and thus takes Celiac very seriously ( even though it's not an allergy).

My fiancé has celiac's so it is hard to find food on a moment's notice. Chipotle is always an easy go to because everything at Chipotle is gluten free (with the exception of the flour tortillas.) If you make them aware of the allergy they will change gloves to prevent cross contamination.

Got this delivered through A2Grub and felt the need to call them to make especially sure my entire order was gluten free and perfect. I ordered the bowl and chips and guac and could not have been happier.

I have eaten at many Chipotle's, this is my favorite.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
