Has many options for GF eating. As someone new to this, it was great to be able to eat out.

So good! This is one of my go to places. They are all super knowledgeable about celiac disease. It is also very comforting to watch them wash their hands and make the food in front of you. All of there ingredients are GF the only thing that isn’t is the tortillas but you can easily get a burrito bowl with anything you want in there!

The daytime team is exceptional for their food handling skills. Plus they know their customers, most team members are already changing their gloves when I walk through the door. Out of 50+ visits in the last couple years, I had cross contamination once.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
This is a great location and the staff is super knowledgeable with food allergy handling! I have celiac which is treated as a gluten allergy and the staff immediately asked if I needed them to wash their hands, and did that and changed gloves. Another employee removed the spoons from items I wanted and the one helping me used new spoons for all items and fresh cheese & lettuce. The manager (I’m assuming) was present and even reminded the cashier to bag our items (one with gluten and one without) in separate bags. The food was fresh and I was very impressed with their attention to detail.

Very impressed with care taken by staff. Special "thank you" to General Manager, Sarah Galloway, in training staff to be aware of all precautions regarding food prep for celiacs. Highly recommend this Chipotle.

this place has never made me sick
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
