This is one of very few places I feel I can eat out without taking risks with my health. The food is almost all naturally GF, just don't eat the tortillas. I like the open kitchen & they're always friendly and efficient.

The place was packed and they had several people (not in a row) with a gluten allergy. They all smiled and switched gloves, spoons, and wiped everything down each time. They all had great attitudes and didn't act put out at all. I will definitely be back!! Great customer service!!

They jumped into action as soon as I said gluten free and grabbed new serving spoons for each ingredient I wanted in my bowl. They also changed gloves and wiped the counter. Great food!

WOW. I informed the staff I needed GF service. Everyone stepped back from the serving area and someone stepped forward and wiped done the whole food area while the server washed her hands and put on gloves. They also removed all the spoons for foods I wanted on my tacos. When I went to pay. I said "I am the trouble maker". She said "oh no we liked serving you because we know how hard to find a GF friendly Restaurant " By now the wait line was to the door. When I was in North Dallas they just put new gloves on when told to! What a difference. I highly Recommend this place A big WOW. and thanks.

You can have everything but the flour tortillas! The staff were very knowledgeable - the food is delicious! They even offered to change their spoons without me asking! I'll definitely be back!

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!
