Even though they change their gloves and spoons for me, I continually get sick. I haven’t been in several months.
I watched the staff members touch various utensils to the flour tortillas over and over again. I stepped out of line when it was my turn because this chain is very much not safe for celiacs, and the sloppy cross-contamination has ensured that I will never eat at this chain again. If you are celiac, dine at your own risk here.

There was only one employee who knew the gluten free protocol, so I had to tell the young man what to do. He was very willing to wash his hands and put on new gloves, but didn't stay with my meal. I had to have another person with clean gloves take over. They did not offer me fresh lettuce or cheese so I de lined them. Other Chipotles are much more careful.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
The food is the same across every Chipotle I've been too. However each one is different on how they handle the situation when you say gluten free. This experience was not a good one and basically killed my appetite. The first employee grabbed a bowl and asked what rice without changing her gloves. When I informed her she needed to change her gloves and that a new bowl was required, she whispered to another employee and left the line. That employee had on new gloves, dished the rice and then handed it off to another employee who did not have on clean gloves. I informed both employees that I needed a new bowl and that normally one employee handles the bowl. They both looked at me like I was crazy. Just really poor customer service and an obvious sign of lack of training by management.
Yes
Get the burrito bowl pretty much. Really good about changing gloves if you ask them too!
Everything thing is gluten free except the tortilla
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
