I asked for a gluten free bowl, mentioned I was celiac and they washed their hands, changed gloves and put new spoons for me. They were so nice and I haven’t got any problem

Got a bowl and didn't have any problems. (Plus as a added bonus, they actually give a good amount of guac when you add it on)

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
The folks working here were super conscientious about changing gloves, wiping the counter, and using new tongs when I told them of my gluten allergy. The food was great and I feel great!

Go here a couple times a month and never have had an issue. They’re more than willing to make accommodations.

The staff gave me an allergen card so I could see what I could eat, you can have anything except flour tortillas and they say corn tortillas may come into contact with flour. I did see chance of cc as with any non dedicated faculty, but I ate there and did fine. I had a bowl, I put white rice, black beans, steak, cheese sauce, mild salsa, and guacamole. It was an insane amount of food and tasted delicious. I would definitely go back again.
Although the staff was accommodating to my celiacs I still got incredibly sick. I've returned twice with the same experience. For true celiacs I would be cautious.

My son loves their food and never has had any problems. Several GF options

At the Norman location they were so friendly and understanding. They changed their gloves and changed out all the utensils in the topping containers prior to preparing my meal. Will definitely be making this regular place.
The staff was extremely helpful when I mentioned in gluten free. The server asked me if I would like her to change gloves! That never happens at other eateries. The server explained how the ordering process works, and let us sample ALL of the meats before we chose. The manager explained about their sustainable good sources, NO GMOs and the local foods they purchase when in season. Because it was our first visit, the manager comped our drinks! All in all, an EXCELLENT visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill!!

Staffpersons at the Norman, OK location are super-friendly and spring immediately into action as soon as I identify myself as gluten-free. They change gloves, wash hands, and even bring out a new pot of lettuce since they've dug around in the old one w/glutened fingers. Thanks, folks!
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
