I am an iowa student, and went at noon between classes. They wouldn’t change their gloves because they were too busy, lost my order, and made me sick.

Great experience! Staff changed gloves, grabbed new utensils and even grabbed higher risk items fresh from the back. One of the best Chipotle experiences to date.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I ate there a few times but I always ordered a bowl - never tacos which I think are higher risk of cross containment. I would ask them to please change gloves, wash hands etc and sometimes they are readily willing but sometimes they become annoyed. It depends on who work on that day and the time of day. Lunch periods during the weekdays are the busiest so they become easily grumpy with GF requests. Not always fun. But burrito bowl is delicious.
I eat here often. They always change their gloves and take me all the way down the line. I have never gotten sick eating here.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The food is always hit and miss but usually a miss. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve given this store a chance and my rice always seems to never be cooked or they are out of something. Don’t let this chipotle ruin all the other chipotles though, I usually love and get along well at other locations.

Staff was untrained and unfriendly. I asked staff to change gloves and they seemed frustrated. I have had a good experience at this location in the past but today was a bad experience. Obviously procedural training is lacking here as well as general courtesy and care about people.
Good food, fast and best of all safe. Read their gluten free menu for info and remember to ask them to change there gloves.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
