I have eaten at this establishment many times but always do with a little uncertainty since they only allow takeout and only allow ordering via their app. The app has no option to write in food allergies to ensure no cross contamination. Last night I ordered tacos with CORN tortillas and when I got home (30 minutes away) discovered they gave me flour tortillas. I even double checked to make sure I ordered correctly and I did. When it comes to celiac or any food allergies, this is a huge problem. Won’t be eating there again until they add an allergy option on the app or allow in person ordering.

Unfortunately they no longer have corn taco. You are not treated equal. The staff is now clueless about cross contamination and what gluten free is....it’s gone down hill
No
Very good just ask them to wipe the counter down and get cheese from the back and avoid anything with corn because according to there website all corn products including corn salsa is contaminated
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Good place for a good bite. Have never had a problem.

Great food for GF
This is not for you if you are super sensitive, the cross contamination is absolutely atrocious. They do not even try to keep things separate there is wheat tortilla bits in your salad and it is a risk.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
