Review of Chipotle

When I mention Celiac or "gluten allergy," they immediately wash hands and change gloves! One of the few places I feel safe eating. However, beware of the lettuce and cheese! They use (gloved) hands to reach in and grab it, which means it's been cross-contaminated. I wish Chipotle would recognize this and use spoons or tongs instead!
