One of my Celiac daughter's favorite places to eat. They will wash hands, change gloves and get fresh utensils and containers of ingredients out for her.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

They have been excellent when I have been going there sometimes several times a a week/day! They have never caused any issues for my husband and me!
Great job being gluten-careful--server not only changed his gloves when I asked, but used fresh serving utensils for each ingredient I requested, and brought out fresh lettuce for my salad. If only they would wipe down the tables!
Chipotle is anything but Gluten friendly. My wife has Celiac Desease and sure they will change their gloves, as they drag the spoon across a flour tortilla just ahead of your order. They don't have a clue about cross-contamination. Before you place your gluten free order, stand back and watch as food is prepared. We will not go there anymore as I have gone round and round with their management until they admitted that they were not "truly" gluten free. But they continue to advertise as such. It's obvious that they are trying to tap into the almighty dollar revenues of the gluten free market
staff is willing to make gluten free upon request. It seems to be key to say "I have a gluten allergy." They wash their hands and change gloves. Lettuce and cheese needs to come from their small fridge under the counter to avoid cross-contamination. They change all the spoons and tongs as well. I do recommend watching and requesting then to redo if not completed correctly.

We eat here almost once a week. Never have had any problems. Everything is gf except the flour tortillas. Tasty!

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
