GF! (Except tortillas)

Maybe if you don’t have celiac, it might be okay. The food was lined up buffet-style for the servers and there was food that was dropped into the various other food warmers across the board. The servers knew nothing but even if they had, I wouldn’t have eaten there. It did not look at all safe from cross-contamination!

They have a gluten free menu online. Don’t expect the workers to know what items are gluten free or safe to eat. The cashier told me I could eat their normal flour tortillas. I ended up getting guac.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Of the many chipotles in the area this one is my favorite because they are so generous with their servings and everything is always so fresh.

Absolutely the easiest place to go and have no worries
Such a great experience! My server was so great and accommodating. She not only changed her gloves for me, but also went back and washed her hands. Then when I told her I would need the next server in line to change her gloves, she offered to go ahead and finish my order, so it would not get cross-contaminated. Love this place!

One of my go-to GF fast-food restaurants. Online menu identifies food allergens in each item.
I've never had a problem with cross contamination there. In fact, as soon as I tell them that mine needs to be gluten free, only one person handles my food. That person takes their gloves off, washes their hands, puts on new gloves and goes down the line filling my order themselves. I've been VERY impressed!
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
