It's hit or miss with this location, but I had the best experience yesterday. A lady was working the entire front on her own (register and everything), so I was expecting chaos and stress. It wad a little wait, but not bad. She changed her gloves after ringing up the ringing up the previous customer (standard practice after touching money). I mentioned GF needs and she was on it! Including getting our cheese from a fresh bucket so it wouldn't be contaminated. When I said thank you for being careful, she said that she never knows if it's serious or not, so she's always very careful.

They were very slap dash. Saw the line, walked out. No way I was going to eat there. I usually trust Chipotle. Not this one, not this day

I call ahead and ask for them to make my bowl with untouched ingredients from the back. They were very nice about it and I know they did t right because I didn’t get sick!
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
It depends on who is working that day. Some are ok, others will be annoyed by the request to change gloves and use extra caution. Don't get cheese on your meal. Even if the person preparing your meal had clean gloves on, all others have stuck their hands into the cheese after handling a flour tortilla. no one ever offered to get cheese or other topping from a fresh container for me. I won't go back.
No
I haven't gotten sick here before. They will change gloves and carry your food all the way down for you so that no one else comes in contact with it. They also get food out of fresh containers if requested.
Yes
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
