Food tasted great, but I got sick. Cross contamination is everywhere. Additional training is needed. Should have left instead of taking a chance. Hopefully they get better at handling food for patrons that need gluten free options. Ate a different location over the summer and it was fine.

Are here twice without getting sick.

After being assured by staff that they taco tortillas were corn tortillas both my sister and I were given flour tortillas. Later after inquiring with the manager she confirmed they were flour. Very disappointed in their staff knowledge and training. NEVER GET SOFT TORTILLAS. They are not gluten free.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
They do not change out all of the spoons they use, didn’t wipe down the counter, nor do the normal gluten-free protocols. I actually got cross contaminated here and spent my night in the bathroom:(

I ordered tacos with corn tortillas and told the server I had celiac disease. The server changed his gloves and called someone over to take his place in the line. There was a long line that day, and this second guy gave me a look that made me feel uncomfortable, like I had done something wrong or seriously inconvenienced him. Anyway, server one was very careful not to let his gloves touch anything else, but he plopped the corn tortillas in the same tortilla press used for flour tortillas. I felt self conscious due to server two's awkward look and the long line, so like an idiot I said nothing. That is on me. I spent the rest of the meal trying not to cry into my uneaten tacos while my husband devoured his food. Someday I will go back and be more assertive, and maybe get to actually taste the food.

We can almost always eat here safely. Staff is great about changing gloves- but you have to make sure they follow through. (More than once they tried to put the corn tortilla on the same warmer as the flour tortillas) My very sensitive daughter almost never has issues- as long as they are careful. Great food!
It's like street tacos but with less fear and a decreased possibility of the celi-yaks. They are careful about cross contamination like a janitor cleaning with bleach and ammonia.
I love how I could make my own rice salad!!! The chips where amazing, I loved the little line flavor.
Good food and they're careful.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
