Review of Chipotle

I have eaten at both locations in Longmont and have had no issues. Both times I had a burrito bowl. Management had to come over and quickly remind his server to change her gloves before making my meal. I appreciated that the staff was paying that much attention on a busy day. Just make sure to announce you have Celiac and then say “wheat allergy” just to drive the point home. Seems some folks don’t know what Celiac disease is, but they understand food allergies.
