Review of Chipotle

How gluten free is it when the spoons are rubbing all over the flour tortilla for the burrito ahead of me and going back in the food? Never noticed anyone at a Chipotle do that before...In all fairness, only one employee doing that but that's all it takes. other employees appeared to be more careful
