I was definitely glutened here. I put on my order that I have a gluten “allergy”, and have had good luck for 3-4 times eating here, but not this time. It was a cross contamination exposure, so not as bad as it could have been, but, it just shows inconsistencies at a chain restaurant. Which makes me sad, we loved eating here!

Celiac. They are always good about contamination!
Had a bowl with shredded beef, pinto beans, pico de gallo, lettuce and cheese. Didn't finish the whole thing. Felt sick within minutes. I won't ever eat at this Chipotle again.
No
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
At first the staff seemed to not understand what I meant by celiac and gluten free. However the more I come to this location the more employees are aware of their process. Washing hands, changing gloves and I request that they change the spoons of the first 3 rice, beans and meat. In Denver they used to change every spoon but I find the first 3 seems sufficient, but if you are extra sensitive you may request more. Staff is always understanding and kind.
Yes
They cross contaminate here. They spoon the same toppings onto the regular wraps as well as the GF wraps. So anytime the spoon touches a regular item it now has contaminated the entire bowl of toppings that the. Goes onto your GF meal.
We go here a lot. We just tell them he can't have gluten and they wash hands and change gloves. They have a soft corn tortilla that they can cover in foil for the press. Everything in the bar of toppings is gluten free.
Yes
I told them "I'm allergic to the wrap" because often people don't know what gluten is. Server replied with a smile "oh you're gluten free?" Then washed her hands, put on new gloves and made my burrito bowl with no problem! Delicious as always!
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
