This is an update to my previous post. They appear to have different managers now, and do not charge extra for basic changes such as in my previous post. They were better than they had previously been for careful handling for cross-contamination because of food allergies. We enjoyed our recent meal there, and will return. I expect they will now be more like the Chipotle locations we frequent. First post: We eat at Chipotle frequently, but not this location . They provide a reasonably safe gluten free and dairy free meal, even meatless, if desired. This location has treated us poorer than others, charging extra for substitutions (beans in place of rice) for one of our group....

We used to be able to eat here. The last few times I have had to repeatedly ask them to start over on mine because they are touching to spoons to the flour tortillas and then shoving them back in the prep table contaminating the entire thing.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

Really impressed with this location. They changed gloves, washed hands, switched out utensils, covered the flat press (for soft corn tortillas) and stayed with us down the line for the entire order. Well done! 👍🏼
This location is great for those with gluten allergies or celiac! If you tell them gf for one of these reasons they will change gloves and follow your order through the line. They will even get fresh (untouched) toppings from back.

Tasty. Easy to make a meal gluten-free, though celiac folks need to know there are flour tortillas on the line. They are very careful. Why not five stars? Salt! I ate there twice in one week - as excited medically-GF folks are likely to do when finding a friendly and yum option - and learned the hard way that Chipotle must be a special occasion, plan-ahead place for me. Darn.
Excellent food, great portion/value, and easy to order without worrying about wheat.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
