Amazing experience!! As soon as I said I was celiac they jumped into action. They knew what to do and made sure I was comfortable with all the changes they made to help me out. Would Recommend!

This Chipotle was awesome! The girl changed her gloves, changed out the lettuce and cheese with new before I even finished talking about my son having Celiac! They were so accommodating and on it.
Staff is well trained to manage gf and wheat allergies without me directing them.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Best Celiac response ever! They immediately washed hands changed gloves, pulled out old utensils, brought me new guacamole...so great!

Never had an issue at this chipotle getting a gluten free meal. I have celiac disease and have not gotten sick. If ordering soft tacos ask the person to cook the corn tortillas in between tin foil. Ask them to change their gloves if you are asking for lettuce or cheese at the end of the line because that person is usually wrapping up the burritos all day.
One of the few places my Celiac daughter can safely eat. All you have to do is tell them that you have Celiac's, and 99% of employees know what that means!

The staff go above and beyond to keep you safe. They change gloves and spoons and are really nice about it. Most of the food is gluten-free. Always a great experience.
This is the first bad experience I've had at any chipotle. I told the guy I have Celiac and I'm gluten free and asked if he could change gloves and he looked at me like I was nuts. My food was a mess and poured out of the container into my bag and they didn't give me a corn tortilla I asked for. Won't be back to this one again and I love chipotle. Very disappointing.
Had a great experience at this location. As soon as I said I had I gluten allergy the guy making my meal changed his gloves and all the utensils. He was very pleasant and understanding. I will be back.

Many options - everything except the flour tortilla- and the staff offered to change gloves and spoons without my asking. They made sure the soft corn tortillas my son ordered were on foil to prevent cross contamination and trained the new guy to do the same. Was great to be able to take my son and his friends to have fun without worrying that he wouldn't find something to eat!
It is soooo good!! They change their gloves every time I come in!!
Really great takeout food and most of the menu is gluten free. The staff has no problem changing gloves and the first time I went there they changed out utensils as well and I didn't even ask.

I appreciate their variety of gluten free options. My daughter complains about the beans being spicy but she’s just a picky eater overall. She does enjoy the rice, queso, chicken, chips, etc. I like that I can get her a full kids meal here.

A manger is celiac and makes an effort however there is a lot of cross contamination and any type of veggie will have gluten contamination because the quesadillas are cut on the same cutting boards all veggies are cut on with minimal sanitizing and no discretion of which one is veggies only

Yikes. I've seen some Chipotle's that are fairly safe but today was not it. The server knew what cross contamination was, and she changed gloves, washed her hands, wiped down the counter, but while she was wiping everything down crumbs were falling back into the bins, and I was watching them serve before hand and the ladles would brush right against the tortillas before going back into the containers. It was probably right after the rush too. Didn't even bother ordering because I knew I'd be sick.
