Gluten-free safety all depends on the shift manager at this location. Numerous times I’ve eaten here no problem with great management. However, the last time an evening Sept 2021 I had the worst manager service ever! I kindly told the manager “M” my celiac issues and at first she didn’t even want to offer anything for me to eat. Once I mentioned I had eaten there a lot of times before and what the previous manager did for me she was accommodating but completely rude to me. In fact, about 15 people’s food came to completion before she dealt with mine and I mean these people were done eating and wanting to leave and I arrived 10 minutes ahead of them because I was with them but wanted to avoid holding them up. After waiting forever, I could NOT believe it when the same manager went from working the line straight to touching my food. I politely said I can not eat that because she touched it with contaminated gloves, she got angry and threw it away. Said she’d remake it “special” but when it came it was super hot with jalapeños. I didn’t ask for any of those and this had not happen before. Sadly she Never apologized for any of it, nor offered any reimbursement. My girder finally came out about 10 minutes after my group had left the restaurant but as said super spicy. Maybe that’s what she meant by she’d make it “special”?!?!
So BEWARE not every manager wants to deal with special celiac needs! VERY disappointing cause I used to go here with full confidence.

Flour tortillas are the only menu item that has gluten. I ordered a burrito bowl. They had one employee dedicated to my order to prevent confusion, changed gloves and wiped down the line before preparing my food. For cheese and lettuce where they normally reach into the container, they used fresh containers to prevent cross contamination. (You May need to ask for this)
Staff was friendly, food was great, and most importantly: I did not get sick.
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
