Of all the Chipotle restaurants where we have eaten, this is without a doubt the best one. Most of the workers are very knowledgeable about gluten-free and will start changing their gloves as soon as you mention it. They'll grab clean utensils for dishing up the food. It's not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so it's not absolutely perfect. There is always going to be newer employees that haven't been trained, but the huge advantage of Chipotle is that you can see your food being prepared. If you want Chipotle then I highly recommend this location.
